Welcome to Lamar High School the home of the Silver Foxes.  Thank you for trusting us with your child’s education. We continually strive to improve our programs to help prepare children to be the best at whatever they want to become.  Lamar High School’s mission is to prepare all students to become competent, responsible, and productive individuals by providing challenging educational and extracurricular opportunities in a positive, safe environment supported by the community.

2020-21 School Supplies List

Lamar High School is getting ready for the 2020-21 school year.  The following is a list of school supplies that students will need during the school year.  Individual teachers may have their own supply lists and will give them to students on the first day.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE

2020-2021 LHS TEACHER OF THE YEAR

Congratulations to Coach Josh Pierce on being named Lamar High School's 2020-2021 Teacher of the Year.  Coach Pierce teaches Physical Education. He is also an assistant coach for the varsity football and varsity baseball teams.  He will serve on the Darlington County School District Teacher Forum this year. Congratulations, Coach Pierce!
