Exam Exemption Policy

Exemption for seniors:

 

A senior may exempt final examinations if he/she has at least a 90 or better average for the term in the subject(s) to be exempted.

 

A senior may exempt final examinations in every course in which he/she has a B average if his/her scores are 1650 (highest critical reading, math, and writing) or higher on the SAT or 24 or higher on the ACT and the score is reported to the school by the March/April test administration.

 

Note: There will be no exemptions from the state-mandated end-of-course tests.
